The industrial spare look is quite the rage amongst Prague cafes, and The Farm near Letna is no exception. Wooden tables, industrial light fixtures and a mish-mash of chairs define the large open space. I love the look of mixed and matched tables and chairs, but it can be very difficult to get right. I’m not sure The Farm really did. There’s a cool wooden swing, a hip bicycle hanging on the wall and go to the bathroom; their sink is great! The front wall is all windows, so there’s lots of natural light as well.
The Farm serves Doubleshot coffee, and I’m unsure if I’ve ever had a bad cup of it. Which of course says just as much for the baristas as the beans. At 52 CZK, the cappuccino was a bit on the pricy side for the size, but the three sips I got out of it were delicious. This was a catch-up café visit, and perfect for that purpose; I’m unsure if I would feel comfortable working here. The Farm serves brunch all weekend and has other light snacks as well.
We’ll give The Farm kicks for décor, friendliness and coffee
